    Funny, Hector. I was thinking: Ash Wednesday or burpees. My vote is for the burpees. My husband looks at me like I’ve lost my mind when I come home with the dirt on my head.

    Have you guys noticed…Denny hasn’t acknowledged this post…hahahahaha.
    Honestly the best part of it all, is that Denny is the nicest guy…

    Marni and I did this workout together. We found weights that worked for us, and just went for it. Fun times…

    I liked doing strength this way!

    Push jerks @ 70# 61reps
    Dead lifts @ 135# 47 reps
    Supine PUs 78 reps
