Amy is truly an incredible athlete. She has made tremendous gains over the past year, specifically the past 6 months. Her dedication, ability and attitude are something we should all strive for. She is someone who I learn from and have a great deal of respect for.
Thanks for being an inspiration!

Sorry for being so silent the past couple of days, Guerrillas. Hope all is well, keep kicking ass. I’m proud of every single one of you.

Mary, The correct positioning of the bar for the press is such that the bar rests on the front deltoid (the meaty part of your shoulder). Some of us have less “meat” than others which can account for some incidental contact with the collarbone, especially as one moves quickly and often with compromised technique through “WODS”. Maintaining rigidity throughout the movement can help to lessen that contact on the CB and keep it on the delt.
Guerrillafitness – my 2nd home and sometimes my 1st! Lynn great job w the camera – what a photog you are. You might have to be the bride and the photographer at your wedding!
Amy- you are incredible- such an inspiration! Love the ponytail in that pic
In addition to being an amazing athlete, you are an AMAZING coach. You give great tips, great encouragement, are lots of fun, and you are just great all around. You not only make muscle-ups look easy- but you make EVERYTHING look easy. I love WOD-ing it with you and having you as a coach. Keep it up!

Nice Amy!
I’ve worked out right next to her when I visited Morristown.
She WOULD NOT SLOW DOWN OR STOP. Amazing!
You are amazing Amy!!!
One question, how did you get that pony tail to do that?
Aqua net hair spray will keep your hair stuck in any position!!
So Jersey!
Aqua net – a blast from the past! In the 80′s I used a can a week
I was the aqua net queen in the 80′s….if my hair moved, I was quick to spray it down…
Amy – One of our most talented athletes and someone I can call a friend! You are the best girl!!!!!

Thanks Gregg but I kinda like the b&bs. You know the war injury theory. I will be more aware of positioning next time.
I LOVE watching Amy do muscle ups. She somehow makes them look effortless!
And seriously, nice job to the photographer! Awesome photo!
