I'd say that last week was probably one of my best weeks yet with my training.  Hopefully I'm not peaking too early and then when sectional time comes around I'm on the ground squealing like a pig "Deliverance" styleThats basically one of my major excuses for my performance at soon to be last years NEQs. 

I was most impressed with my Badger performance completing it in sub 30 minutes.
  Since I felt so good after, I waited an hour and decided to do some light deadlifts which was 3 sets of 10 at 315lbs.  That was fine, but then as the next day went on I began to notice some pain in my right foot.  I assume the pain was caused from the deadlifts, but more importantly probably from the shoes I've been lifting in for months now.  I lift in wrestling shoes mainly because they are bad ass, but I can't afford a serious injury now.  Due to this I have given in and have ordered a pair of olympic weightlifting shoes and I can't wait till they arrive!  

My foot still feels a little weird but it has been improving each day.  I'm still WODDing on it, but staying away from barbell WODs for now till my O shoes come nahmane.  Anyway, looking forward to another week of training.
