The last few days my foot has been acting a little weird to the point where there has been no pain at all. I was planning on taking today off but at the moment my foot feels 100%. So I guess I'll workout because other than that I feel fine, plus I have no place else to go.On another note my training sessions for this past Monday and Tuesday have been pure deuce, aka crap. Monday's WOD I couldn't stop laughing because the person next to me kept cracking me up, and Tuesday there was a clock malfunction. Once the clock goes the workout sometimes becomes meaningless..............
