Guerrilla Fitness is revolutionizing the traditional "Bootcamp" experience. We are taking the philosophies and methods that have attracted many to our gym and bringing them to a park near you. The workouts are a constantly varied mix of functional real life movements performed under coach instruction at a pace that is scaled to your ability. At Guerrilla Bootcamp we:
- emphasize short, high intensity workouts.
- focus on functional movement and combine strength training and cardio.
- constantly vary workouts day to day and scale them for any level of fitness.
- encourage a healthy, competitive spirit to motivate you to perform at your best.

- Guerrilla Bootcamp meets 3x per week for a monthly fee of $220 (12 classes).
- 2x per week option for $150 (8 classes).
- 10% discount if you sign up for auto payments and a 10% discount for military/fire/police/EMS and students.
- AUTO PAY OPTION - ($195/$135): You will be charged for one month at a time, which will be on the Sunday before the start of a new month's program. A 30-day cancellation notice is required and you must commit to a minimum of 3 months of membership.
- Camps run in 4-week increments (see dates above). You can join programs anytime - just contact us for a pro-rated price. You will not be able to sign up at a prorated rate online, nor do any of the above mentioned discounts apply to prorated pricing.
